Anne Valkenborgh

Anne Valkenborgh is a Professor of Intaglio Engraving at the École de Recherche Graphique (erg) and École supérieure des Arts Saint-Luc (Esa Saint Luc). Her work bridges personal artistic production, pedagogy, and international cultural initiatives.

• Education: Master 2 in engraving, bookbinding internships, and three diplomas in pedagogy.

Her research and practice emphasize multidisciplinary art, integrating engraving, bookbinding, typography, and sculpture. She has taught typography in advertising departments and perspective calculation in interior design, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach.

Anne co-organizes micro-publishing fairs in Belgium and France, contributing to contemporary art dissemination. Her artistic work has been featured in international exhibitions and workshops.

She also plays the flute in an orchestra and the tenor saxophone recreationally, highlighting her engagement with music alongside visual arts.
