Anna Sadowska

Anna Sadowska, DSc, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Functional and Organic Food within the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). She holds a Doctorate (2014) and has been in her current academic position since 2023. Her research focuses on food and nutrition technology, functional foods, sensory evaluation, drying methods, and organic food systems.

Research Interests:

• Food design and functional ingredients
• Antioxidant properties in food
• Beef muscle structure analysis
• Supplement development
• Organic acid applications

Achievements: With 57 publications, 34 promoted theses, 1 patent, and 9 recognized achievements, her work emphasizes food science innovation. She maintains an h-index of 11 (Scopus) and 10 (Web of Science).

Grants & Projects: Involved in 1 major research project. Her collaborations include multi-center studies in food technology and nutrition science.
