Alicja Ponder

Alicja Ponder is an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW, affiliated with the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences and the Department of Functional and Organic Food. She obtained her PhD in 2020 and specializes in food and nutrition technology, with a focus on polyphenols, bioactive compounds, and antioxidant analysis in foods like raspberries and apples. Her research employs techniques such as HPLC to study phenolic compounds and flavonoids.
