Anna-Lisa Leefers

Anna-Lisa Leefers is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a PhD in Leadership Studies (2021) and an MA in Management (2013) from Dallas Baptist University, as well as a BA in Government from Harvard University (1992). Her academic and professional work focuses on leadership development, organizational behavior, and talent management.
