Anke Coumans

Anke Coumans is a Professor at Hanze University of Applied Sciences within the Research Centre Art & Society. Her work focuses on arts-based research, healthy ageing, and the intersection of art with wellbeing and education. She holds a Doctor of Letters in Visual Arts and Performing Arts.

Research interests include Artistic Research methodologies, public space interventions, and academy development.
