Angelina Bartz

Angelina Bartz is a full-time Researcher at the Institute for Applied Research (IAF) at University of Applied Sciences Ludwigsburg, where she has worked since 2016. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Gender Studies from University of Konstanz and an M.A. in Empirical Political and Social Research from University of Stuttgart.

Her research focuses on

• child/youth empowerment
• migration/refugee issues
• Hate Speech in digital/religious contexts
• needs assessment surveys

Recent publications examine digital hate speech in religious contexts (2020), youth participation mechanisms (2018), and comprehensive reports on social service needs in Baden-Württemberg (2019). Her work combines statistical analysis with qualitative interviews and focus groups.

Professional activities include teaching research methods at the university and leading fieldwork projects in social space analysis. She has also conducted studies for municipal institutions related to health promotion and youth services.
