Angela Spencer is an Associate Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Augusta University's College of Science and Mathematics. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2004) and a B.S. in Chemistry from Augusta State University (1999).
