Andrzej Zdanowicz

Professor Andrzej Zdanowicz is a faculty member at the University of Arts in Poznań, leading the 4th Painting Studio since 2007. He has held progressively senior academic roles at the institution, including Dean of the Faculty of Painting and Drawing (2008–2016), and has been a Professor since 2008. His research and teaching focus on painting and drawing, reflecting his extensive experience in fine arts education and practice.

With a career spanning over three decades, Zdanowicz has participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions in Poland and internationally, including venues in Warsaw, Kraków, Hamburg, and Szczecin. He studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznań under Professor Jan Świtka and worked as an assistant in Professor Norbert Skupniewicz’s studio before establishing himself as a prominent academic and artist.
