Andrew Levitt is a Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University and concurrently serves as Senior Market Design Specialist at PJM Interconnection, leading the development of market rules for integrating advanced resource types. He previously directed the vehicle-to-grid program at NRG Energy in collaboration with the University of Delaware and managed coal plant upgrades at the Public Service Company of New Mexico.
