Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Music Department at Wittenberg University, where he has taught tuba and euphonium since 2015. He also serves as a tubist in multiple professional ensembles and teaches band programs at Milford High School, West Clermont High School, and Walnut Hills High School.

As a performer, Jones specializes in tuba and euphonium, with a focus on orchestral and chamber music. He has performed with renowned ensembles such as the 5K Brass Quintet, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, and Dayton Philharmonic.

His accolades include finalist positions in prestigious competitions: the Arnold Jacobs Mock Orchestral Tuba Competition (International Tuba Euphonium Association), Brass Orchestral Excerpts Competition (International Women’s Brass Conference), and semi-finalist recognition at the Leonard Falcone International Solo Competition.
