Dr Andrew Clements is a Lecturer in Work Psychology at Aston University's College of Business and Social Sciences, within the Work and Organisations (WON) department. He holds professional registrations as an occupational psychologist with the HCPC and serves as Honorary Treasurer for the British Psychological Society's Division of Occupational Psychology. His roles include co-Programme Director for MSc Business Psychology and MSc Work Psychology and Business, and module leader for 'People and World Organisations' (BHM357J). He also teaches 'Workplace Design & Health' (BHM356).
