Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andrei Walther is an Honorary Professor for Structural Analysis and Non-Destructive Testing Methods at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, affiliated with the Civil Engineering Department. Concurrently, he owns BauConsulting GmbH (since 2009) and serves as Team Leader Engineering at Kiwa GmbH in Berlin (since 2018).
He studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Berlin, where he later worked as a research assistant at the Department of Building Materials, Building Materials Testing and Construction Chemistry. He earned his doctorate focusing on non-destructive testing of prestressed concrete structures.
