Andrea Wessendorf

Andrea Wessendorf is a Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh Business School. She earned her PhD from the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

Research Interests: Andrea investigates how organizational and occupational dynamics influence workplace outcomes, including social inequality, intra- and inter-occupational collaboration during crises, and the impact of organizational change on occupational groups. Her methodological focus is on in-depth field studies and ethnographic research.

Prior Experience: Before academia, Andrea held leadership roles in international corporations, including Director of Marketing (EMEA) at a European headquarters.
