Andrea Piovano

Dr. Andrea Piovano is a researcher and instrument responsible for IN8 at the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL), a leading neutron research facility. Their work focuses on neutron spectroscopy in condensed matter physics, with expertise in supported metal nanoparticle catalysis, lattice dynamics in disordered oxides, and the interplay between lattice dynamics and magnetic excitations in superconductors.
