Andrea Funck is a Professor for Conservation and Restoration of Archaeological, Ethnological and Artistic Objects at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart, where she also serves as Deputy Chair of the Conservation and Restoration Study Commission and University Council member (since 2024). She previously held leadership roles as Vice-Rector for Research and Young Talent Development (2020–2024), Director of the Doerner Institute (2017–2019), and Head of Restoration Workshops at Landesmuseum Württemberg (2010–2017).
