Anat Alon-Beck is a Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She previously served as the Jacobson Fellow in Law & Business at New York University School of Law and as a visiting assistant professor at Dickinson College. Her research focuses on corporate law governance, unicorn firms, and regulatory shifts in private equity markets. Her work influences policymakers, courts, and regulators globally, including citations by the U.S. Congress, SEC, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
