Ana Y. Ramos-Zayas holds the Frederick Clifford Ford Professorship at Yale University with joint appointments in Ethnicity, Race & Migration, American Studies, and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Her research examines Latinx communities, racial politics, neoliberal personhood, and elite cultures in the Americas.
Major publications analyze therapeutic cultures in Latino Newark, parenting practices among Latin American elites, and psychological solidarity in urban communities. Awarded the Frank Bonilla Book Award for Street Therapists.
