Amy Ratzlaff

Amy Ratzlaff, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Health and Human Performance at Tabor College, serving concurrently as MBA Program Director and Assistant Athletic Director. She holds a unique blend of academic and athletic leadership roles, including Head Volleyball Coach and previous positions as Associate Athletic Director.

• Education: B.S. in Elementary Education (Bethel College), M.S. in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation (Emporia State University), and Ph.D. Candidate in Psychology with a Performance Psychology concentration (Grand Canyon University)

Her professional background spans K-12 education (Elementary School Teacher in Marion USD #408) and collegiate athletics. Key recognitions include three KCAC Coach of the Year awards (2001–2003) and the KCAC Coach of Character Award (2009). Courses taught focus on physical education pedagogy, volleyball coaching strategies, and health education curriculum.
