Amy Moore is an Associate Professor in Nutrition at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Southeast Missouri State University, within the School of Allied Health, Kinesiology, & Sport Sciences. She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, along with a Master of Medical Dietetics and Master of Public Health from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University.
