Amy Kyhos is an Executive Lecturer of Management at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. She serves as Graduate Program Director for Executive MBA and MBA in Healthcare Management programs and directs the Executive and Professional Education Center. Her teaching focuses on organizational behavior, international management, strategic management, and leadership.
Education: MBA from Loyola University Chicago and BA from the University of Missouri. She has over 20 years of corporate experience at Allstate Corporation, Golin, and FleishmanHillard prior to academia.
Research interests include leadership development, organizational change, and Jesuit educational values in management. She leads study abroad programs in Spain, including the MGMT 399 course on Leadership in the Jesuit Tradition.
Awards highlight her dedication to teaching and service, including 2024 Kolvenbach Award and 2024 Dean’s Service Award. She previously directed the Quinlan Honors Program (2014–2022) and was Faculty Director of Career Development in 2022.
Teaches courses such as MGMT 201, 304, 315, 318, and executive programs. Active in professional organizations like the Academy of Management and serves on the House of Chicago Board.
