Amna Irshad

Amna Irshad is a Doctoral Student and Researcher at the Division of Communication Systems, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. She holds an MSc in Electronics Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Swabi, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.

Her research spans wireless networks optimization, massive MIMO, and near-field communication, focusing on advancing antenna array design and resource allocation strategies. Recent work explores Dual-Polarized Planar Arrays, Mobile Edge Computing, and Spatial Multiplexing in MIMO systems.

Amna's publications highlight trends in 5G/6G communication, antenna geometry, and energy-efficient networks, with a focus on theoretical and practical challenges in next-generation wireless systems.
