Dr Amir Raki is a Lecturer in Marketing (Research and Teaching) at the University of Liverpool Management School, with a focus on Transformative Service Research (TSR). He holds a PhD in Business and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, supported by the AMBS Doctoral Scholarship (2018–2021), and an MSc in Environmental and Public Health from the University of Salford. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), his research bridges service design, consumer vulnerability, and well-being, addressing challenges in non-profit sectors and humanitarian crises.
