Amina Hamoud

Dr. Amina Hamoud is a Senior Lecturer in Systems Engineering at the School of Engineering, University of the West of England (UWE) Bristol. She specializes in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, and transport decarbonization, with expertise in digital twins, sensor fusion, and functional safety. Amina leads industry collaborations with companies like Calyo Ltd and HydroSurv and contributes to research groups including the Bristol Robotics Lab and Centre for Transport and Society.

She is a member of AFBE-UK, Women in Engineering Society, IET, and serves on the advisory board of the startup After-ai.
