Amber Nichols-Buckley

Amber Nichols-Buckley is a Lecturer in the Department of Writing and Rhetoric at the University of Mississippi and serves as co-chair for the Transitioning to College Writing Symposium. She holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction (Secondary English) from the University of Mississippi (2006) and a B.A. in Education (2004) from the same institution. With 20 years of teaching experience at both high school and college levels, her research focuses on enhancing first-year student engagement through contemplative pedagogy and pop culture-centered curriculum.
