Amber Lloydlangston is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at The University of Western Ontario. She holds a PhD and currently occupies an office in Lawson Hall 2245. Her research focuses on museology, material culture studies, Canadian history, and women’s history. She is not teaching during the 2025-2026 academic year.
Research Interests: Her work intersects with the study of historical material culture, gender studies, and national narratives in Canadian contexts. She explores how museums and archival practices shape historical memory and identity.
Affiliations: She is part of the full-time faculty in the Department of History and contributes to interdisciplinary research clusters related to cultural heritage and gender studies.
