Amanda Shearer

Amanda Shearer is a Lecturer in the Medical Imaging & Radiation Sciences Department at Mount Aloysius College. She graduated from Mount Aloysius College in 2019 with an Associate of Science degree in Medical Imaging & Radiation Sciences and holds cross-training in CT. Her role involves teaching and mentoring students in clinical imaging techniques and radiation sciences.

Her research and teaching interests focus on medical imaging technologies, particularly CT applications, and she contributes to the education of future health professionals in diagnostic imaging and radiation sciences. Outside her academic work, she enjoys time with her three children, walking, and reading.
