Amanda Ross

Amanda Ross serves as a Lecturer in Leisure Industries and Course Leader for International Hospitality Management at the University of Wolverhampton Business School, based in the Lord Swraj Paul Building. Ms. Ross brings 15 years of practical hospitality industry experience to her academic role, having worked in various capacities across hotels and restaurants in France, Australia, and the UK. Her professional expertise includes running an eco-tourism bed and breakfast business, which informs her research focus on sustainability in hospitality with particular emphasis on plant-based diets. Her teaching methodology emphasizes creativity through unique resources, field trips, and innovative use of classroom space to enhance student engagement.

Ms. Ross coordinates the ITT Centre of Excellence submission, organizes Career Development Week activities, supports University Open Days, and annually runs the ITT Future You student conferences.
