Alvi Castro

Alvi Castro is an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Roberts Wesleyan University and an Investigator with the Office of Special Investigation through the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. His expertise bridges digital forensics and criminal justice, with professional affiliations including the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners and the Digital Forensics Certification Board.

• Education: Master of Science in Digital Forensic Science (Champlain College), Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (SUNY Empire State College).

His research interests focus on digital forensics methodologies, computer forensic investigations, and financial crimes detection. He teaches CRJU 3000: Special Topic in Computer Forensics.
