Alpesh Jethva

Alpesh Jethva, MD is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Nephrology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He holds active staff positions at UT Health Tyler and CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Tyler, with courtesy privileges at Paris Regional Medical Center. Dr. Jethva has been with the practice since 2001 and currently serves on the UT Health Tyler Utilization Review Committee.

Education: Earned MD from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, completed Internal Medicine internship, residency, and Nephrology fellowship there.

Professional Affiliations: Board Certified in Nephrology, certified as a Dialysis Access Interventionalist. Member of American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, American Society of Nephrology, Renal Physicians Association, Smith County Medical Society, and Texas Medical Association.
