Agnes Obita is a Clinical Professor and Core Faculty member in the Department of Nephrology at the University of Texas at Tyler. She serves as Associate Program Director and holds active staff positions with UT Health Tyler and CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Tyler. Her clinical practice includes telehealth privileges at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Sulphur Springs and UT Health East Texas regional hospitals, alongside courtesy privileges at Paris Regional Health. Dr. Obita is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, with special interests in hypertension, glomerular disease, and home dialysis therapies.
