Alma van de Pol

Alma van de Pol is an Assistant Professor at the Department of General Practice & Nursing Science, Utrecht University, since 2017. She combines academic research with a role as a scientific guideline developer at the Dutch College of General Practitioners, focusing on implementation science and epidemiology. Her work bridges healthcare and education, particularly in enhancing metacognitive and self-regulated learning strategies.
