Allison Weiss is a Professor at Washington and Lee University's School of Law. She specializes in legal writing and prison law, with a focus on parole advocacy. Prior to her academic career, she worked on the federal habeas docket for the Western District of Virginia and in the appellate division of the Federal Defenders for the Western District of North Carolina.
