Allison Ostrander

Allison Ostrander serves as Adjunct Professor of Violin and String Ensembles in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of St. Thomas. An active performer, she holds positions as concertmaster of the Minnesota Opera and member of the IRIS Orchestra, while regularly performing with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra and Minnesota Orchestra.

Her performance career includes recordings on Naxos and Lifescapes labels, featuring works by Steven Hartke and J.S. Bach. She teaches applied violin studies at both undergraduate and graduate levels, covering performance techniques and ensemble repertoire.
