Alli Lemon

Alli Lemon is a multidisciplinary artist and Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Art and University of Pittsburgh. Her work spans sculpture, ceramics, collage, drawing, and painting, with a thematic focus on the mysteries of sleep and dream states. She earned a BFA from the University of Memphis and an MFA from the University of Colorado Boulder, supplemented by a Yale Norfolk Summer Fellowship.

Her research explores theatrical, nightmarish spaces that examine longing, transformation, and entrapment through symbols like birds and crumbling infrastructures. Lemon has curated exhibitions for Union Hall Denver and founded the artist-run space maybeblue, demonstrating a commitment to experimental art dissemination.
