Allen G. Sens is a Professor of Teaching at the University of British Columbia (UBC), affiliated with the Department of Political Science in the Faculty of Arts. He holds a Ph.D. from Queen's University (1993), an M.A. from UBC (1988), and a B.A. from UBC (1986). His research and teaching focus on international relations, particularly international security, including armed conflict, conflict management, peace operations, nuclear weapons, European security, and Canadian foreign and defence policy.
