Allandra Bulger

Allandra Bulger is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Architecture, University of Detroit Mercy. She is a forward-thinking creative leader with expertise in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, project management, program design, and community/economic development. As founding executive director of Co.act Detroit, she established a resource hub connecting Southeast Michigan's nonprofit and philanthropic communities.

Her research interests focus on capacity-building strategies for community organizations, technical assistance frameworks for nonprofits, and collaborative impact models in urban development.

Bulger received prestigious recognition including the Detroit Revitalization Fellowship and Leadership Detroit completion. Her professional background includes roles as Deputy Director at Detroit Future City and consultant at DEXDesign Associates.

She co-founded and serves as treasurer for D.Cipher, a nonprofit supporting Detroit artists. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Oakland University, where she previously taught nonprofit management courses.
