Allan Harvey

Allan Harvey is a Chemical Engineer at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) with a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. His career includes a postdoctoral fellowship at NIST, a senior engineer role at Simulation Sciences Inc. (now Aveva), and a return to NIST in 1994. His research focuses on modeling the thermophysical properties of industrial fluids, including critical steam tables, and fluids relevant to metrology.
