Alice Willatt is a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, leading interdisciplinary studies on social justice through participatory methodologies. Her current work centers on the UKRI Frontier Research-funded project REPAIR-ED (2023-2028), which investigates structural inequities in Bristol primary schools using ethnographic and oral-history approaches to advance reparative justice frameworks in education.
Her research integrates feminist theory-praxis with critical pedagogies to examine:
