Alice Lam

Professor Alice Lam is a distinguished academic at Royal Holloway's School of Business and Management, holding the chair in Organization Studies since 2005. She previously served as Director of Research (2007-2011) and led the Knowledge and Organizational Learning research group until 2021. Her academic journey includes positions as Research Professor at Brunel University, Reader at the University of Kent, and Lecturer at Manchester Business School.
