Alexis Chapman

Dr. Alexis Chapman is a Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing and Director of Marketing Programmes at Middlesex University's Faculty of Business and Law. She holds a PhD from Université Côte d'Azur where her doctoral thesis examined value co-creation in luxury hospitality brands. Chapman develops curricula for digital marketing programs and teaches modules including Digital Marketing, Marketing Consultancy, and Digital Strategy.

Her research focuses on digital consumer behavior in luxury markets, netnography, and qualitative analysis of online brand communities. Chapman collaborates with industry partners in hospitality and retail sectors to investigate consumer engagement models in digital environments.

She currently supervises doctoral candidates researching digital marketing strategies and consumer-brand relationships. Chapman maintains active research collaborations with European academic institutions in the marketing field.
