Alexandra 'Zee' Onuf serves as Associate Professor and Chair of Art History at the University of Hartford's Hartford Art School. A specialist in Northern Renaissance art, she focuses on landscape prints, print publishing, and early modern visual culture, particularly in Antwerp contexts. Her current book project Local Terrains: The Small Landscape Prints in Early Modern Netherlands examines vernacular landscape representation.
Onuf's research has been supported by multiple Cardin Research Grants and a Humanities Seminar Faculty Fellowship. Her scholarly contributions include analyses of reproductive print publishing, Flemish landscape traditions, and cross-medium influences between print and painting. She teaches courses in Renaissance/Baroque art and print history.
