Dr. Alexandra Macdonald is an Associate Professor of Psychology at The Citadel since 2015. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Boston University and a B.A. from Rutgers University. Her research focuses on the intersection of psychopathology (PTSD/substance use disorders) and interpersonal dynamics, particularly within military/veteran populations.
