Alexander T. R. Sharpe

Alexander T. R. Sharpe is an Associate Lecturer and PhD student in Psychology at the University of Chichester. He conducts research through the Human Attention Laboratory (HAL) and the Lab for Global Research on Gender, Sexuality and Identity.

His research focuses on developing psychological interventions to enhance mental health and performance, including studies on diaphragmatic breathing, mindfulness techniques, and doomscrolling behavior. His work explores how cognitive strategies can improve wellbeing and esports performance under pressure.
