Alexander Pittman

Alexander Pittman is an Assistant Professor of History at Colorado State University (CSU), affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts. His research and teaching focus on Social Studies Teaching, History Education, and African American History. He holds a Ph.D. in Multicultural and Equity Studies in Education from The Ohio State University (2024), an M.S. in Management from the University of South Florida (2015), and a B.S. in Education from Central Michigan University (2011), where he majored in History and Social Studies.
