Prof. Dr.-Ing. Alexander Pellnitz is a Professor of Urban Planning and Urban Theory at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) since 2015. He holds positions as Managing Director of the Institute for Architecture and Urban Planning and Library Officer in the Department of Civil Engineering. His work integrates academic research with practical urban design, emphasizing sustainable development and historic preservation.
Education:
- 1992–2000: Studied Architecture at TU Berlin and Politecnico di Milano
- 2011: Doctorate (summa cum laude) under Prof. Dr. Fritz Neumeyer, TU Berlin
