Alexander E. Kentikelenis

Alexander E. Kentikelenis is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Political Economy at Bocconi University in Milan. Prior to this, he held research positions at the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, and Harvard University. His research focuses on decision-making in global governance and the socio-economic effects of globalization.

He has published extensively in top-tier journals such as The Lancet, World Development, American Sociological Review, and American Journal of Sociology. His work has been featured in major media outlets including the New York Times, Le Monde, El País, Reuters, and the BBC. At Bocconi, he teaches courses on international organizations, sociology, international politics, research methods, green transition, and global health.
