Alessio Panaggio

Alessio Panaggio is a Contract Professor at the University of Macerata, affiliated with the Department of Political Science, Communication, and International Relations. He serves as a PhD candidate in Gender Studies through a consortium involving the Universities of Bari, Macerata, and the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. His roles include coordinating the European project planning association PATINEU and acting as Project Assistant for the University of Macerata's Me.Mo. PROBEN initiative since March 2025.

Education: Graduated in Political Science and International Relations (L-36) and European Policies from the University of Macerata. Conducted academic work at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Research focuses on Gender Studies, European project design, and political philosophy (SPS/01). His expertise includes managing EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, CERV, PNRR) and transnational partnerships across Europe. In 2024, he successfully secured two Erasmus+ projects and one CERV project.
