Alessia Di Pascale is Full Professor of European Union Law at the State University of Milan’s Faculty of Law. She researches European immigration and asylum law, serving as Rector’s Delegate for the UNHCR-supported UNICORE educational corridors project. Di Pascale is recognized among Italy’s #100experts in migration policy.
She coordinates the Integration Process for Social Inclusion project at Human Hall, focusing on legal pathways for foreign-origin individuals. As a member of the Odysseus Network and founding contributor to the Migration and Human Rights research center, she analyzes EU migration governance and citizenship frameworks.
Di Pascale edits the European Observatory for Law, Immigration and Citizenship journal and maintains an active legal practice at the Milan Court.
