Alba Troci

Alba Troci is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Clinical Molecular Biology (IKMB) at Kiel University (CAU). She works under the supervision of Prof. Andre Franke in the Data Management, Bioinformatics, and Statistics research group.

• Research Focus: Integrating shotgun metagenomic data with human genetics to analyze complex diseases, aiming to develop mathematical models for understanding microbiome dynamics and interactions.
