Alain Lempereur is the EUI Chair in Leadership and Negotiation at the Florence School of Transnational Governance, with a focus on responsible negotiation and mediation frameworks. As a tenured professor at Brandeis University (Alan B. Slifka Chair in Conflict Resolution), he bridges academic theory with field practice across 75+ countries.
